Giving dogs a second chance at life... One dog at a time!
Puppies up to 1 year old dogs for adoption
Due to the high demand for puppies, we've put some new rules in place.
- Once your application is approved, the puppies will be on a first-come first-served basis. What this means is that when a puppy application is
approved, Hubbard's Hounds (or one of their approved foster parents) will call you to set up an appointment to come and pick out the puppy
YOU want. Whoever is able to come first, choose their puppy and either put down a deposit or pay in full, will get their choice.
- For puppies OVER 8 weeks old: they can be taken at the time of your appointment once payment is made in full.
- For puppies UNDER 8 weeks old: they must remain where they are until ready to leave, and CAN ONLY BE HELD with a deposit.
We thank you for your understanding in this matter!
Important Note About PUPPY LITTERS!
Snuffles is a mixed breed from Cancun, Mexico who is around 6 months old
and is up for adoption. He has not been here with us for long, but is coming
out of his shell quickly. He loves his big (foster) brother and is learning alot
from him! Snuffles is great! He loves to sleep in bed with us as a family and
is very snuggly. He gets very excited when one of us gets home...we now are
working on getting him to stop jumping up on us. He has only just a couple
days ago started playing with me, I throw a ball, he gets it and looks at me, I
wave my hand at him, and he brings it back! So excited about this!!!!. He
knows he needs to potty outside, but hasn't figured out how to tell us yet, so
he does have a few accidents. He gets very excited when he is outside and
loves to bounce around after his brother. Sometimes he bounces so much
he forgets what he is out there for! He has great puppy energy, is becoming
more social with his foster parents and is beginning to snuggle. He is
learning to give kisses to people on command when kissy noises are made.
He is a chewer (as are all puppies), so he needs lots of toys to play with. He
does have scars on his body, a testament to his rough beginnings in life, but
they only add to his adorable character. Do you have a home for this adorable
boy? He is neutered, up to date with shots, and microchipped!
