Snoopy

So I have this little guy, Snoopy, who is waiting for his forever home. Let me give you a little history about him. Snoopy came from Tennessee along with his brother, Baron, as abused, neglected, scared puppies with many fears and issues. I decided to foster Snoopy and another wonderful experienced foster took Baron. Working on Snoopy’s issues has been a challenge but honestly.. a rewarding challenge. For the short time Snoopy has been with me, teaching him trust, showing him love, and having patience, I am watching him grow into one of the most loveable, sweetest dogs I have ever had. His personality will have you cracking up!! The way he prances when he tries to catch a cricket in the grass, or speeding like a bullet when trying to catch a rabbit or squirrel. He loves the outdoors… rain or shine doesn’t bother him!! This little guy is now 8  months old and ready to meet his forever family, hopefully with a 4 legged brother. He just loves adults, Children, and other dogs. If you are that special person or family who is ready for a sweet, sweet puppy then check out Hubbard’s hounds.com website or on Hubbard’s Hounds Facebook page also.

Rango

Rango is handsome, easygoing, affectionate, and very smart. He loves to play and gets along with other dogs and he’s good with cats. He’s housebroken and walks well on a leash. He’s ok on car rides and I think he’ll be less anxious the more he goes for rides. He’s a smuggler and likes to be close to you!

Willow

Willow is a poodle mix puppy mill survior who is blind. She came into rescue pregnant. She had her puppies and all have found homes. She was a wonderful mom. Willow is about 9 years old. She is still terribly afraid of people. She has started exploring her surroundings and generally is dog friendly unless they invade her bed. She has certain friends she will share with but she is dog selective. Unfortunately she is not potty trained and will also soil her crate.

She is about 20 pounds and very pretty. We believe she may have been born blind. She is special needs. Requires a kind and gentle home with limited expectations, willing to allow her time and space to grow at her pace.
A fenced yard is needed although she is very afraid outside. Once the weather improves we will continue working on that. No small kids and only gentle dogs.

If you want to help and are unable to adopt Willow, consider becoming a sponsor!

Roscoe

Little Roscoe is available for adoption! . He would probably do best in a home with children over 10 and would do wonderful in an all adult home because that is what he is used to. He lived with just his Mom until she got sick and then moved in with family. He did OK with the 3 year old, but lost patience quickly. He was with just him Mom for his first 8 years of life so that is what he is used to. He is in a foster home with a few other small dogs and  is doing great. He is house trained, completely vetted, microchipped, and had a dental so he is all ready for his new home. If you are interested in Roscoe, submit an application on our website.  His adoption donation is $200

Sally

Sally is a beagle mix who is around 2 years old, but of course, we are never sure. She is a sweet, very active, playful little gal, and has completed her first heart worm treatment, so she will be ready for adoption soon! She loves to play, but needs a little help with personal space. She is NOT font of cats, so it would be best in a  cat free home. She is VERY energetic and needs an action home. She likes kids, but given her energy she may alarm some toddlers.

If you are interested please submit an application. NO PHONE CALLS! Her adoption donation is $250

Charlie is now available

Charlie is a 2 yr old owner surrender who is in search of the perfect home. He is a great little guy, he has been neutered and has all his shots and microchip. He is HW negative and on prevention. His adoption donation is $250 and if you are interested, SUBMIT an application. Owner said he is housetrained, but he is under a lot of stress and changes so may need to reminding.

Copper

Copper is a lab, maybe boxer mix who is about a year old and searching for a new home. He is also completely vetted and a sweet boy. He likes other dogs and would do ok with dog friendly kids who know how to act around dogs. He can get a bit too excited when kids get him going. Older kids would probably be better. If you are interested in Copper, submit an application at www.hubbardshounds.com. He won’t last long!
