UPDATE: April 2010
I just wanted to let you know, it has now been a year since we adopted Snickers from you. He is doing
great. He is the most loyal dog that we could have. I take him every 8 weeks over to Doggone Beautiful
to get bathed. They all know him now when he comes in. It is so funny because I like to walk everyday
and my Westies hate it. They are always at the end of their leash behind Snickers and I.
I just decided that we would leave them home and just the two of us would go. Snickers doesn't care,
he will always stay right there with me. I just took him last week for his yearly physical and they all said
what a nice dog he is. I never can understand or imagine these people that move and say they can't
take their dogs with them, but in this case I am glad his family let us have him. He is a wonderful
addition to our family. Just thought you might like a happy update. -- Denise

UPDATE 7/10: I just got this picture of Snickers, who was
Valcor. This was taken at Doggone Beautiful, the groomers
down in South Cortland. She is a great groomer, but also
does photography. Snickers is groomed there often and
had his portrait down too.
He is just gorgeous now! It is really unbelievable what a
great dog he is. When he was turned in to me, he was so
big and his hair was not full like it is now. It was kind of
patchy and he looked pretty odd.
Denise and her little boy came to visit. That little boy was
shorter than the dog, so I was a little worried at first, but now
they are inseparable! That dog LOVES him!
