SIMON was adopted by Glenn 6/10 and will live in a
big house with Glenn! He is going to be an only child
and spoiled rotten! Lucky Simon! He will have play
dates with Alvin though!

UPDATE July 2010:
It’s been a little over a month since I got Simon so I thought I let you know how he is doing. To eliminate
the nighttime barking, Simon sleeps with me like many dogs do. I wake up everyday at 5 with a little
tongue licking my fingers and forehead.
His way of saying “Get up, I need to go out then feed me please!” After feeding it’s time for a nap. I find
him still sleeping when I come home for lunch. It doesn’t take more than a second before he is ready to
eat his noon time meal. From that point on its playtime. He is very affectionate and well adjusted.
Everywhere I go, he is at my side. He likes to eat, eat, eat. It can be his normal dog food, or grass and
leaves. Some dogs eat grass as a sign of not feeling well, but Simon eats grass for the sake of eating
grass I guess. He never gets sick from it. I take him on trips to see his brother (Alvin) often and they
seem to be happy playing together when he visits. Since he is a Terrier mix I think he is from either a
Rat Terrier or Patterdale Terrier lines, plus as you know, his mom was a Scotty. Like most Terriers he
has high energy. We play fetch in my large front yard all the time and he gets plenty of exercise. He has
regular visits to the vet and is in good health. What a life changer he has been. - Glenn
