UPDATE 10/10:
Hi Kim,
We adopted Lonni from you last January, and I wanted to give you a quick update. She is such a
lovable, amazing, wonderful dog. We can't remember what it was like without her. She still loves her
tummy rubbed and would really like to be pet all the time, if she had he way. She's passed basic
obiedience class with SOTC an we're going to start agility classes soon. I think she'll love it...and I
will too!
It has been so nice to have Tucker (formerly Romeo) just a few houses down. He and Lonni meet
every morning at the bus stop and play. They're just like old friends!
Here's an updated picture of our "bearded lady" with our kids. Thought you might like to see her as
she's grown.
Dena Yager

Lonni was about 9 months old when we got her, and
she was one of those dogs that NEEDED to be with
children. She was extremely friendly and sweet, but had
the kind of energy that kids can appreciate. She was
adopted by The Yeager family and they just love her! I
can't remember where she came from, but maybe Sue
can. She really liked Romeo, a white Shepherd mix that
came in around the same time. Ironically, one of the
Yeager's neighbors adopted Romeo, and now they get
to play together every day!
