UPDATE 10/10:
Hello, Susan! I wanted to send you an update on Oliver (La Paka) since it’s almost his 2 year birthday with
us. He’s doing so well; he’s just such a delightful boy. Oliver has made so much progress since we
brought in home almost 2 years ago. He’s really blossomed into a social, sweet little dog and continues
to make progress each day. In February we adopted another Yorkie, Toby, and all four boys get along
beautifully! We’re continuing to work with Oliver and making small progress on being able to leave him
out while we’re gone. Both Oliver and Toby have remaining anxiety issues from their past experiences.
We’re currently working on finishing their doggy sanctuary. We’re expecting another addition in April
(human this time) and we wanted to make sure the boys had their own space. I’m sure they’ll all do really
well with the baby, but we still think they should have a place of their own. We are so thankful each day that
you brought Oliver into our lives. You aren’t just rescuing dogs, you’re building families.
