Bart started out as a foster, but his Mom,
Bev O'Connell fell in love with him and
adopted him in December 2009
UPDATE: Bart fit right in with his sisters
Tammi (formerly Sammi) and Coco (formerly
Misty) who are also from Hubbard's Hounds.
They're quite a trio.
